Circuit Repair
Sometimes the Issue is more then a bad cable or broken screen. It may be an issue with the circuit board itself. In certain devices there can be the most expensive to replace due to them being the main component of the device. This is why we have some of the most high-spec equipment to rigorously test and repair circuit boards at a microscopic level for a fraction of the price it costs to replace it.
So, How does it Work?

We belive in being as transparent as possible! so below is an exact play for play of what will happen while your device is with us.
Send your Device in
When you wish to have a device repaired you can submit a request on our contact page. One of our engineers will be in touch and send you a form to fill out which will give us a better understanding of your device (You can find a copy of the form here)
We will then as you to Send us your device with any forms and information we have requested. We ask that you send your device with Tracked shipping and signature delivery so you know that we have received it. We will also notify you when we have received it also.
The Analysis Phase
This is where we will test your device and verify the faults with your device. All our Testing documentation and Picture evidence will be sent to you along with our engineer’s professional view of the faults. Included will also be a plan of action on what our engineers will do to repair the device. You will be served a quote for the repair work which includes any replacement components (such as screens or cables) and the man hours for the work.
If you do not decide to go ahead with the repair you will be charged a flat fee of £25 for the analysis and you will be charged postage for the return of the device. If you do go ahead these charges are complimentary.
FIRST PAYMENT
At this time you will receive your first Invoice which will include. 50% of the cost of the Work to be done and 100% of the Cost of any Componants Purchased.
The Repair Phase
This is where we get to work, Each step of the repair is recorded and your device will be worked on by our expert engineers using only the best equipment.
As Stated above you will be charged for any components we purchce these will be charged at the exact same price we purchase them at from our suppliers so no markup and if we manage to find a workaround where we don’t need to replace the component we will refund you the component we didn’t use this is part of our Honesty Guarantee!
The Testing Phase
After the Repair your device will go through an intensive, maticulate and exact testing process, Made to ensure that our repairs are of the highest quality. We test both Hardware and software to ensure that the device is looking and working like it is brand new! We look at your phones function on a core electrical and microscopic level ensuring everything is working to its best.
We will then send these results along with a video of the device fully functioning to you to ensure that you are happy with the repair.
FINAL PAYMENT
At this time you will receive your final Invoice which will be for the Remaining 50% of the cost of the Work that has been done.
The Return Phase
Once you are happy and signed off on the repair we will then send your device back to you via signed and tracked postage, to go that extra mile we also take photographic evidence of the condition of the phone as we shi it. All out shipments are insured so if there is any damage to the device during sipment we can sort it and compensate you for it.
Once you have received your device and are happy with it then our work is done. All our repairs come with a 1-year warranty (excluding screen repair and user error damage) so if the same issue arises we will fix it free of charge.
