So, How does it Work?
Take the Guess work out of our processes!
We belive in being as transparent as possible! so below is an exact play for play of what will happen during your time with us!

The Inital Meeting
When you first contact us we will arange a meeting weather that be remote via Zoom or face to face at a venue of your choosing. In this meeting we will sit with you a discuss what you would like out of the service and based on that we will come up with a solution to your problems.
We do not believe in overselling to our clients, We will NEVER advise you get anything other then what you need!
Once we have agreed on a solution or next steps we can begin with the next part.
The Business Analysis Phase
This is where one of our experts will come down to the business and look at what is currently in place and take measurements and data which will assist us in the implementation phase.
From here The expert will write up a plan and timescale on what is to be done. They will then sit with you and go through it including any Purchases that may need to be made for equipment. They will explain what each step does and how it will enhance your business.
Once you are happy with the plan we can move on to the next step

FIRST PAYMENT
At this time you will receive your first Invoice which will include. 50% of the cost of the Work to be done and 100% of the Cost of any Equipment Purchased.

The Procurement Phase
This bit is where we purchase the equipment. This stage can vary in lenge based on how much or what type of equipment your require. Regardless of that you will be always updated on its progress.
You can choose whether to have the equipment delivered to your Business or for an extra charge we have keep hold and store the equipment for you and we will then deliver it to you in the next phase.
The Install Phase
This is the Big Day! This is where we will install and configure your purchased equipment/solutions You can pick the date and time and we are flexible around your needs.
On the Day we will try to stay out of the way but for some equipment that may not be possible, We will notify you ahead of time if that is the case.
At the end of the day we will sit with you to conclude and go over what we have done (and also have a coffee) and when you are happy we can move on to the Final phase.


The Handoff Phase
After everything is done and you are happy we can bein the handoff phase. This is where our experts will go over a fuintaionality checklist to ensure the solution put in place is fit for purpose. They will also create training documents and slide for you and your staff.
After that you will have one final meeting with the expert to go over what has been done and to answer any other questions you may have. Once that is complete and you are happy then our work is done! And we hope you enjoy your new digital solution!
FINAL PAYMENT
At this time you will receive your final Invoice which will be for the Remaining 50% of the cost of the Work that has been done.

We Don’t just leave you with the equipment we also include a free 1 Year Email-based tech support solution, Where you can email in and receive support on your solutions. We can assist you remotely or send someone down to have a look at the issue (This may incur an additional charge).
But you will always know we are just an email away!
