The Inital Meeting
When you first contact us we will arange a meeting weather that be remote via Zoom or face to face at a venue of your choosing. In this meeting we will sit with you a discuss what you would like out of the service and based on that we will come up with a Website for your business.
We do not believe in overselling to our clients, We will NEVER advise you get anything other then what you need!
Once we have agreed on a Website we can begin with the next part.
The Business canvas Phase
In this phase we take a deep dive into your current businesses online presence. You may not think it but sometimes there are some reviews and sites up for a business which weren’t put up by the owners. Here is where we find them.
We will then create a report which includes the issues and solutions. We will then sit down with you and go through this and make up a plan on how to integrate this with the website we discussed in the Initial meeting.
FIRST PAYMENT
At this time you will receive your first Invoice which will include. 50% of the cost of the Work to be done and 100% of the Cost of any Tools Required.
The Filming Phase
As part of the website price we will come out and take professional pictures and videos of you’re business to keep the business looking as sharp as ever. You may have already got images but we find that existing images loose their quality as they are copied and shared.
We work with some of the best equipment to make your business look its best!
The Inital Design
As the name Suggests this is where we will forward on the intal design of the website to you. This can be ready to go live if you wish but we know that nothing is every perfect the first time. Hence why we make an initial design.
We go through it with you and not down any changes you wish to be made. There can be something as small as a price change all the way to a redesign.
We want your business website to look its best, Just like your business is!
The Refinement Phase
When we recieved your feed back. We will refine the design to your specification to make it look perfect!
We will then send these revisions back to you to check. Once you are happy with them we can move on to the next phase.
The Go Live / Handover Phase
Huzahh! You now have a new shiny website, Time to show the world. This is where we will set your website to go live. Once it is all fully up and running we will send you some documents which explain how to change various sections of the website.
As Stated previously we do not gate the website off to you, After we are finished you get sole ownership of the website and can edit it as you wish.
If you wish for a redesign in the future, Say you’re business takes a change. We are more then happy to pick up where we left off!
FINAL PAYMENT
At this time you will receive your final Invoice which will be for the Remaining 50% of the cost of the Work that has been done.

We Don’t just leave you with the website we also include a free 1 Year Email-based tech support solution, Where you can email in and receive support for your website. We can assist you over email with advice, or call you. We can also remote into your website to solve any issue you are having (This may incur an additional charge).
But you will always know we are just an email away!
